Qaza o Kaffara::

1. Jan bojh kar aisy cheez kha pi laina jis ko ghiza dawa kisi jismani faidy ki gharaz se istemal kia jata hai (Fatawi Alamgiry 205/1, Fitawi Shami 376/3, Fitawi Darul Ulom 386/3).


2. Roz yad honay k bawajob hambistry karna chahy anzal ho ya na ho masla malom ho ya naho her halat mai kaffara or kaza dono lazam hongy,lawa'at ka bhi yehi hukam hai(Fatawi Alamgiry 205/1, Fatawi Shami 386/3).


3. Jan bojh kar rozy ki halat mai cigar, ciggarret or hukka waghaira pena ba shart ye k am dinon mai in chezon ka aadi ho or kisi faidy ki paish nazar pee raha ho to is ka roza toot jai ga or qaza o kaffara dono lazim hongy(Fatawi Shami 366/3).


4. Rozy ki halat mai ksi ka thook mun(mouth) mai lay kar nigal lainy se bhi roza toot jai ga or qaza k sath kaffara bhi daina ho ga(Fatawi shami 386/3, Fatawi Darul Uloom 433/6).


5. Jan bojh kr kachay chawal, ya kachy gosht khany ka yehi hukam hai is sorat mai bhi qaza or kaffara dono lazim hon gy (Fatawi Shami 387/3, Fatawi Darul Ulom 441/6).


6. Baz soratain aisy hoty hain k in se roza nahi tot ta, magar roza dar la ilmy ki waja se ye samajh laita hai k iska roza toot gia hai maslan koi roza dar test karani k liye khoon nikal wayi or ye samajhy k is amal se is ka roza toot gya, is k bad wo amdan khana pena shoro kar dy to is per qaza aw kaffara dono lazim hongy yehi hukam in tamam soraton mai ho ga jin mai kisi shakhs is ghalat fahmi mai khana pena shoro kr diya k is ka roza toot chuka hai halan k is ka roza baki tha, Maslan ksi shakhs ko maswak kr k ye khyal aya k mera roza khatam ho gya, ya kisi ki ghebat kr k ye khyal howa k ab roza baki nahi raha, in soraton mai khany peenay se rozay ki qaza o kaffara dono lazim hongy.


7. Zabardasty jama mai mard per her sorat qaza or kaffara dono hain or agar orat razi nahi thi is k sath zabardasty k gai tab qaza hai kaffara nahi agar ipteda mai razi nahi thy or bad mai razi ho gai tab is per kaza or kaffara dono lazim ho gai (Fatawi alamgiri 205/1).


Kaffara ki mutaliq yad rakhain::

1. Agar kisi ne chand k hisab se kaffary k rozy shoro kiye to 2 mah poray kary chahy dono chand 29, 29 k hon ya aik 29 or dosra 30 ka ho or ya dono 30, 30 k hon- pahli sorat mai 58, dosry sorat mai 59 or tesry sorat mai 60 rozy hongy or teno soraton mai sahi hongy albata agar chand ki pehli tarikh se rozo ka aghaz nahi kia balki kisi angraizy tarikh se rakhny shoro kiye to ab sath rozy mukamal karny hongy, albata agar ksis ne 15 kamry atrikh se rozy shoro kiye darmyan mai aik chand ka mahina 29 ka tha ab bad waly mahinay mai 15 rozy rakh kr kaffara mukamal ho jai ga halank ye 59 rozy hongy (Fatawi  shami140/5, Ahsan alfatawi 450/4)


2. Kaffara k rozo mai tassalsul zarori hai yani 1 se 60 tak musalsal rozay rakhy bech mai koi nagha naho or agr nagha agya to tamam rozay az sar e nao rakhny hongy albata khana khilany ki sorat mai kuch din chot gai  to koi haraj nahi hai mutafariq ayam mai khilanay se kaffara ada ho jai ga (Fatawi Shami 141/5' Ahsan al Fatawi 440/4).


3. Kaffara sirf ramazan k rozon k sath khas haidosray rozy rakh kr torh dainy se kaza wajib ho gy kaffara sirf os rozy ka hoga jis ki niyat kr li gai thi or agar kisi ne roza hi nai rakha tha yani niyat hi nahi ki thi to os per kaffara nahi hai (Fatawi Alamgiry 195/1).


4. khana khilany ka number jab aye ga jab kisi shakhs k andar sath rozy rakhny ki taqat nahi ho gy, to is k liye yehi sorat ikhtiar karni hogy k sath miskeeno ko dono waqt ka khana khilai ga (Fatawi alamgiry 207/1).


5. Jin gharebon ko khana khilaya jaion mai ye khyal rahy k wo na baligh choty bachy na ho on ko khana khilany se kaffara ada nahi ho ga,ya to baligh hon or yato qareb ul balogh hon. han agar in ko kafary ki miqdar kamalik bana diya jai tab kaffara ada ho jai ga (Fatawi shami 144/5, Fatawi dar ul ulom 448/4).


6. agar koi shakhs kaffary mai khana na khila saky balky sath miskeeno ko ghalla dady or ya os ki qeemat dy dy to tb bhi kaffara ada ho jai ga. ya sath miskeeno ki bajai aik hi shakhs ko sath din tak ghalla daita raha tab bhi kaffara sahi ho ga,is ka matlab yehi ho ga k aik din mai aik ghareb ko aik rozy k badly aik hi dafa diya jai  ga(Fatawi Alamgir 314-312/1).


7. Hr misken ko ghala daina ho to sadqa e fitrki miqdar diya jai ya os ki raqam dainy ho gy(Fatawi Shami 144/3).


8. Rozy ka kaffara hr hal mai daina hoga mahaz toba se kam nahi chaly ga agar sath rozy rakhny ki taqat na ho to sath miskeno ko dono waqt ka khana khilay is ki bhi isteta'at naho to intezar kary jb bhi isteta'at ho kaffara ada kary or os k darmian toba o astaghfar karta rahy(Fatawi dar ul Ulum 454/6).


9. Agar kisi ne aik hi ramzan mai kai rozy torh daly hon to sb ka aik hi kaffara ho ga or agar do ramzano k mutadid rozy hon to tab bhi sahih qol yehi hai agar jima k ilawa kisi or sabab se rozy torhy ho to aik kaffara ho ga or agar jima sabab ho to hr ramzan ka kaffara alag ho ga(Albahr al Raiq 484/2, Ahsan Alfatawi 424/4).



Jin sraton mai roza torh daina jaiz hai::

1. Agar koi shakhs roza rakhny k bad achanak itna sakht bemar howa k agar roza na torhta to bemary barh jai gy or ya zindagy khatry mai parh jai gy, maslan shugar ka marez hai roza rakhny k bad shuger mai izafa howa ya achanak pait mai aisa shadid dard utha k kabil e bardasht na ho,ya koi bemary lahaq ho gai hai or ilaj zarori hai warna marz barh jai ga or jan k laly parh jain gy aisy sorat mai roza torhna jaiz hai (Fatawi alamgiry 207/1, Ahsan al fatawi 422/4).


2. Agar roza rakhny k bad kisi ko zabardasti roza torhny per majbor kia gia or agar isy yakin hai agar is ne roza nahi torha to dhamki dainy waly jan se mar sakty hain, azo kat sakty hain or ya ziada mar peet kar sakty hain to aisy sorat ma roza torh sakty hain (fatawi shami 402/3).
jin soraton mai roza torh daina jaiz hai on maisehat yab honay or mazory khatam hony k badroza ada karna zarori hai, aik rozayk badly aik roza rakha jai ga, majboryki halatmai roza torhny per kaffar nahi hai.
